Hernanes is a very average player nowadays. Most Inter fans don't even care for him that much, and they have a shit midfield. Definitely not good enough for this club.

as is, mercato is an 8.5/10 for me. Hernanes can reach his lazio levels with us.
Thank FUCKING FUCK we're in Serie A and not one of the other leagues, because we'd be on match day 4 with half a fucking team and no clues.
This has been a disaster, mercato started out so well now we're on deadline day with 2 losses in a row, nearly 40M euros spent on Mandzukic and Zaza, and we didn't even bother buying ONE MOTHERFUCKING TQ to let Allegri play with the formation he's had most of his FUCKING career success with.
We've become obsessed with opportunities so when a position we need to fill has no cheap top class players floating about we ignore it. And we're too happy letting our players leave 5 minutes after saying they fucking want to whilst clubs who actually understand Contracts tell players to stfu and carry on unless they decide otherwise.

Hernanes is a good dribbler with a good shot, but he isn't creative, he isn't a particularly good decision maker, and he tends to be quite wasteful with his passing.
Not to mention that he's quite greedy. The amount of times Icardi gives Hernanes a death stare for not passing to him is quite hilarious.
Statistically he looks like quite a good player given he always has a decent amount of assists and goals, but he isn't the type of player to improve a team's play. He is the type of player who will mostly play badly and occasionally do something brilliant. Funnily enough another Inter player in Guarin is very similar

I don't know why everybody turned on Cuadrado, he was not in a position we need but obviously he didn't randomly turn to shit because of a spell on Chelsea's bench. But Hernanes... Fuck that
Unlike Cuadrado he wasn't struggling to break in to a top class team with multiple established attacking midfielders he was flopping at fucking Inter.
We've basically shot ourselves in the foot, poured salt in to the wound and dipped it in sulfuric fucking acid this Summer. With the shitty pre-season and nonsensical transfer window we just allowed a double winning CL finalist team to disintegrate, and what's more is we bent over and let our own players fuck us in the ass and be given moves without any real benefit for us.
