Wishing wouldnt be far off, dont like it why wish it. Its like you will first offend the saint and then to say his followers happy st patricks day...Stick to your principles hate it, dislike it, show it all the way ;)

Sadly the purpose or 'nativity' of the celebration means shit in most religions so the followers would ignorantly side by you.
I completely understand what you are saying, but i would still rather be nice to people. The same way that if athiests had a day to celebrate Dawkins or Hitchens or Stephen Fry i would like the same respect.

In Ireland, they spend St. Patrick's with the family. In places like the U.S., they get shit-faced drunk, end up tonguing a police officer, and wake up the next morning in a pool of vomit wearing someone else's clothes.

However you celebrate it, Happy St. Patrick's Day. :D
Thats exactly how people celebrate it England & Wales, i haven't been in scotland during St Patricks day.

You know whats hypocrtical? You bloody muslims & jews stay at home & celebrate eid/pass over while us christians should go to work.Christmas comes & you all you bhuddist, jewish, muslim & atheist wankers benefit off jesus's birthday & don't go to work!

    Fucking hypocrites! ALL OF YOU!
HEY! the X-ans take Eid off as well over here, ya know!

So it would be hypocritical for me or IZ to celebrate the day, which is apparent that neither of us do?
    umm, YEAH.

As a well-drinking Irish friend of mine would say, "Erin Go Fuck Yourself." :seven:
    Brockovich?
