true, bit they usually play all three together.

who is on their bench that comes even close to one of them?
no one. only youth.

what exactly does your reply have to do with my post?

wait, lemme get my glasses.
Two things:

As has been made obvious in the past few weeks they can cope well with a few injuries.

None of the attacking trio ever want to be rested, so whoever is on the bench rarely gets much minutes, that's why Pedro left.

you are the one keeping it alive. not my fault.
Or maybe you have a rather silly way of comprehending things.

Look, Barca could field Neymar and two youth players, Suarez and two youth players or Messi and two youth players and still win.
Their attacking core is very strong. They have 3 of the best 5 players in the world that could win games on their own week after week.
Every other week, they could rest one of their three stars and still win.

Please don't bother replying if you have only lame jokes to crack.

It will be enough for LaLiga wins most of the time, but dont you think they would struggle
in the CL? vs. let’s say Bayern?

bayern has great depth btw.

Ofcourse they would.Who denied it ? A meeting with Bayern would most likely be in the latter stages where you need all your star players healthy.

The depth argument comes into question when we're talking about the league championship where you play week in week out and as far as I've seen Barça have coped without much attacking depth for yrs now.

And like Fred mentioned their stars want to play every week and usually have a good track record with respect to injuries.
Having said that, I think they'll buy a player for cover in January just to be safe.

what do you guys think, would La Liga still be the strongest league with Barcelona playing the Catalan league instead in a couple of years? they would still have the Madrid teams and some clubs that do well in European competitions like Sevilla, but with their currently best team out they lose a lot, not only a strong team, but their biggest derby and essentially what makes most people watch that league. not to mention the coefficient points each year they might lose...

Take Barcelona and Real Madrid out and La Liga drops to Serie A quality. Take 1 of them out, still the best league.

Atletico was very competitive in both La Liga an CL the past 2 years though. not sure how long they can keep up but if Barcelona is gone they might get a better TV deal, improve their image and stay competitive that way :boh:

Myself, I'd rather have Neymar, Suarez and Messi than Bayern's glut of options in attack. Those 3 over Lewandowski, Muller, Robben, Ribery, Coman, Gotze.
