Since that evil Somali won't tell you the info and jerk on it like he did when Messi scored 50 goals this season, I can tell you that this season Ronaldo scored whooping 53 goals!

40 in La Liga, 6 in CL and 7 in Copa.

Messi is at 52 goals right now.
In my lifetime I don't remember two players to be so superior (at least number wise) to the rest of the footballers in the world. I don't know if it's because the rest are inferior to the players from 10 or 20 years ago or if it's due to Ronaldo and Messi being superior to the best players in the last 20-30 years....but I've never seen such superiority from two players.
It may be prudent to assume that the defensive abilities of the teams in La Leaka are less than to be desired.
Not to suggest that both are anything less than wonderful players.

Ronaldo has had 250 shots, Messi has 100 less.
That shows another quality of Ronaldo. He's able to shoot from everywhere, with everything. If Messi knew that he can shoot from outside the box, he'd have done it too, but except for an occasional free kick shot, he's restricted to the box. And since Ronaldo presents a danger everywhere on the pitch, he was fouled much more than Messi (88 to 57).

Ronaldo is the best. Messi is also good :agree:
True
I don't want to be misunderstood. I'm not saying that Messi is bad. He's solid, good player. But Ronaldo is one of a kind. Despite all the propaganda surrounding his name and all the trophies UEFA gifts to him even when he wins shit, Messi himself will prolly admit that Ronaldo is the better player.

Of course he is not bad. Far from it to be honest. He needs to work harder though.

The CL final will be a perfect opportunity. He always, without exception, flops in big matches. One fluke header against United in 2009 can't change the fact that he's dreadful whenever the going gets tough.
If he works harder in trainings these days and grows some balls, he will make the step from good to excellent player.

Messi is better than Ronaldo. Hate this argument because it's lame and dull, Messi is just better. And more likable, although both are sets of twats.

How can you tell he is more likeable? What is the method to measure that? I don't like either but I prefer Ronaldo's game which makes him more likeable to me. Explain please.

My point is that 250 shots in a season is quite mental. I really couldn't give a shit about these Ronaldo v Messi arguments, especially when I see others say that either are much better than Zidane or Maradona.

Del Piero is better than both.
