What's with the 20 questions? Can't you just take my claims about Italy as people believe your claims about England?
Not about England. I've made my claims about the general American English football fans.

I know that actual English fans are not all a bunch of imbeciles who think their shit don't stink, as proven by Nick for instance here.

So who are these folks?

It's probably not fifty, more like 5 or 10 or more if you must no. Basically a bunch of guys that were acquaintences way before I met you and Mikey. A smattering of AC Milan, Inter, and Roma fans who are minutely Italian and prefer the Azzurri over the US. Though they are some-what US fans when Italy isn't playing. Mostly have small knowledge of football and are casual fans. Granted this was before the US were being portrayed as "semi-good". The US is full of these guys, they pick clubs or national teams based of their level of "good" at the time. I don't care about how you pick your club teams, but it pisses me off to see 6th generation people claiming citizenship of some country they've never been to and can't speak the language off.

I've actually never met an American England NT fan. I know plenty of guys that like EPL teams and root for their players that are on the English NT. Like I get amped when Gerrard scores a goal. Though I don't like a lot of guys on their team and I used to hate David Seamen immensely. I hope this is good enough by your standards.

The famous 'We' is the cringing moment for me.

The folks you described in your first paragraph are the worst sort of football fans around as far as I'm concerned. And I know a few of them, too.

One guy always praises Italy but when the US has a rough go of it, he's ridiculously harsh on the side and pokes fun at the players. He's another Juventus fan but I do not consider him a US supporter. He also doesn't take the MLS seriously as a league compared to... compared to what? I don't have a clue.

Such a waste of brain power.

And I was just wondering, E.

You are contradicting yourself now, you said you were not a fan, you didn't consider yourself a fan, and you are expecting loyalty from the club to you?

I defended/understood you because you left because of the Calciopoli scandal, or you wanted to watch a better football, but all these you mentioned don't make sense to me..
They are my reasons, and they make enough sense to me. I feel that I've been misunderstood to a point, but I shall no longer try to justify it. I realize that I'm on a Juve forum and y'all obviously don't agree with me, otherwise you'd have done the same as I did. That being said, I thought that I could come on here, every now and again, and post some things or respond to some things football related, even just for old times sake. Guess there's no room here for "gloryhunting douchebags" like me...POINT TAKEN.

I didn't know if you wanted names in case you wanted to see if you would know them.

I remember when one of my Greensboro boys went to England (studies abroad for like a year). Never watched soccer before and came back a West Ham fan. Though he went to an England NT game and got a Rooney jersey (autographed). He came back and asked me, who's Wayne Rooney and is he better than Bobby Zamora?
