1. Create a folder called "Graphics" in Docs/Sports Interactive/Fm08

2. Create another three folders within the Graphics folder: "Kits" , "Logos", "Players"

3. Extract the downloaded facepacks and put them into folder "Players"

4. Start the game, go to "Options>Preferences", untick "skin cache" and tick "always reload",confirm.

5. Done.

I did everything but I can't find the Docs/Sports folder you mentioned in step 1, so I just put it in the Football Manager folder inside the Sports Interactive Folder, but it didn't work.

The marked folder(Graphics) is the folder you got to create.

I always have myself as Bayern's manager, but I employ a second manager in Italy, I won the Scudetto twice with Parma, so I challenged myself to use a lesser squad. Hellas Verona is in the Serie A next season.
