i've got a programm which can do the following things:
every player/manager/coach e.t.c has 20 in all stats.
your pitch has a capacity of 200000 or more.you can have up to 3.100.000.000.095 budjet/balance/profit e.t.c.You r able to dislike or like anyone.if you want,a player can change his position,strong foot,contract status for example 0 $ per month for....ever(2099) and his age can either reach maximum or minimum.in fact Del Piero can play for ever for free.These stuff made me feel sick about FM....

i've picked napoli too after my arsenal file got erased, which was after roma didn't want to renew my contract afetr i won the CL and Coppa Italia double, which is after fiorentina sacked me, which is after Juve sacked me.
basically, i'm having mixed fortunes in this game. my advice is for anybody that doesn't play with those super budget sides, after the first season, buyt makelele. he is old but is as good as ever, and is less than 1/2 million pounds. trust me, buy him!
also, breno is the best purchase you can make. just make an enquiry about him, and then you can get him for about 4 1/2 million after negotiations. no matter what defenders you have, he can be a starter at 18, he's that good. the only problem is that he starts at 17 years so you have to wait for the january transfer window to get him.
if you can get van persie, he is also great, he is better than aguero, who is good, but not worth his price. and, it may be impossible to get de rossi, but try because he is the most consistent player i have ever had, his only fault is that the gets like three yellow cards every five games, but that's because i put his tackling as hard.
oh yeah, and van der vaart is a choker.

do these if you really want to make the game harder and more challenging:
1- increase the amount of league divisions and the lower leagues in the countries you can play in if your PC can handle it. So for example have Serie A, B,C- Premiership, Championship..etc
2- either select a side in the lower divisions to manage, or start jobless (starting jobless makes t more realistic. After all no big club would hire you if you don't have a solid resume. Potentially an entire season could pass before you get a job with a lowly, debt ridden, Serie C side
I've seen screenshots of teams where the managers are in years like 2018, and 2020 and they have only just moved up a club from 2-3 lower divisions to higher divisions in the league.

You can play 3 leagues as you said, so Serie C --> A, Conference --> Premiership , League 2 Scotland --> SPL.
Yeah you can start managerless, and yeah thats what some people do, and I've tried as you have to go deep into the game to eventually make for a big club..
