My current squad is as follows:
GK- Buffon, Bonnefoi
DF- Milito, Zebina, Golanksi, Boumsong, Kovac, Tudor, Balzaretti, Blasi, Srna
MF- Motta, Zanetti, Muntari, Camoranesi, Gasbarroni, Marchionni, Olivera
FW- Del Piero, Miccoli, Bojinov, Trezeguet
MY FIRST TEAM LINEUP: 4-4-2
Buffon
Srna, Milito, Kovac, Balzaretti
Camoranesi, Motta, Muntari, Olivera
Trezeguet, Bojinov
NOTE: Muntari has proven to be a good signing in centre midfield, he can also cover for me on left mid if needed. Milito is rock hard at the back and i conceeded alot less after i bought him in the last january tranfer window. In past managers, Srna has always been class, so i went for him again and he hasnt disappointed. With Miccoli, Olivera, Blasi, Gasbarroni returning from loan, i decided to keep them rather than going back into the transfer market, Gasbarroni has been called up for national squad and Miccoli proves to be a super sub behind my other 3 strikers. Thiago Motta has played great through my friendlies, bagging quite a few goals... so i see him as being an important player for the year ahead. ive chosen boji ahead of del piero because dp is ageing and his performances have dropped over the past year, but he remains an important player. every club is after bojinov and i see him ending up my top scorer after very promising performances in friendlies. This season im going for the title IMO. If i can keep my away form up to scratch, then ill push the milanisti all the way to the end. As for training, in order to maximize the potential of my schedule
make it so you dont overload your coaches with too much work. I prefer to sign an extra few and to have one coach for each aspect. So one coach for defending, one for ball control, one for tactics, etc. This helps the coach focus on the one aspect and therefore you get better results IMO.
WELL, thats about it... i was bored and thought id share my experiences. Comment if u wish, let me know what u's think.
