and that says next to juventus napoli P - P, but no mention of it on the juve website which still says 25th...... anyone any ideas?

No I think the game will be postponed. Isn't it something like the "Juve rule" that if you have two or more players on internationals, you reschedule your match? I remember this happening last time, and a couple other teams in Serie B took advantage too. At any rate, it would be criminal of FIGC to make us play Napoli without half our team.
