We are Arsenal from few years ago, celebrating that top 4 finish
I never really understand this comment. No one is happy to finish 4th. They're happy and relieved to not finish 5th, it's relative. Otherwise we're in for an even bigger world of shit.

4th isn't acceptable for Juventus, but it's pretty big in the context of possible end of season finishes. What is the alternative, give up because we can't win the league and finish 17th? We can't afford to do that. We're simply a crap team this year.

A massive sense of relief for the result tonight and the season being over.

It was typical that we would have another nail biter, we never found a way to finish games off throughout the entire season.

Far too many players who aren't just not good enough but not even close. A lot of them brought by Toli.
Emblematic of the season. Actually if we conceded late it would've been more fitting. Thankfully we didn't. Just had to win, luckily we did. Hopefully that's our last woeful season for a while.

Well its quite an achivement for this squad to make it top4, so they should be celebrating, its not a shame
it was a very long season and this team had much more potential than the disjointed shitshow + damage control of the last few months. we drew 16 fucking matches. if we convert only 6 of those to wins, for example home games against parma, venezia, fiorentina, away at lecce, empoli or toro, all of them absolutely doable, then we could have ended the season on equal points with napoli. this was the weakest scudetto winning team since forever, it was a missed opportunity

4th place is only acceptable relative to 5th place (or even worse)

to show how anti-Juventini are mental...
Zazzaroni, director of CdS(top 3 sports papers in italy)...That Nicoussi pk leaves me perplex. He's a Juve player on loan(HE'S NOT SINCE FEBRUARY)...

he's not taking about Torino though right? pk to roma, they even cheered for roma at the stadium

I know right

There’s Napoli fans online complaining that we needed Hans’ help to qualify for the CL :touched:

I love that our existence triggers them massively and they are still disappointed at any tiny bit of success we have - even when they win Serie A :lol3:

I love this. I remember how those salty Roma fans would cry when we would beat them to the Scudetto.

Nothing but love for Ranieri though. The man is a legend.

This season had more bad moments than good ones, so I guess winning the 4th place is fine after everything.
That 25-day period when we were eliminated from CL and Coppa by PSV and Empoli, and humiliated in serie A by Atalanta and Fiorentina, was by far the worst time of the season. Also the gazzilion draws.

The good moments were the crazy win in Leipzig, the win vs City, the 4:4 draw and the 1:0 win vs Inter, and yesterday's win vs Venezia, due to it's importance.

As a bonus, those results vs Inter are what eventually got us the 4th place and cost them the scudetto.

2/3 of these end of season objectives to make this season go from a catastrophic one to a more tolerable one have been achieved. Inter missing out on the title and us securing 4th place…

Now just need our friends over the border in France to do their job this Saturday night and we’re good to end this annoying season on a high note

As underwhelming that high priced signings and season play were, as got what was needed, CL play. IMO failure responsibility lies mainly with Giuntoli, Motta partly not getting enough out of players. And Tudor didn't show enough to stay on.

Is anyone other than me excited for year zero?
I am if it's a total reset starting with Giuntoli and manager replacement. What else can it be with those changes plus numerous ones involving players?
