Serie A tv rights and broadcasters by country (2 Viewers)

I was wondering if there's anyway to find out what networks have the rights to show Serie A where, because since 2005 I haven't seen a single serie A game on normal televison and it's pissing me off, I may just ahve to offer the Lega Calcio €5 for the Irish rights.

Also is there anywhere that I can find a finnancial primer for the tv rights etc.?

That ESPN package looks really good, same as Setanta's but with Serie A, Russian PL and for £9 p/m instead of £10.
