Guys and girls.
Why are you letting yourselves being provoked by Burke ?
He's just fucking around.

Oh, and Burke, it's wrong timing man (even-though it's deleberately chosen).
You're provoking them and they have the right to reply. If i have to warn some of them i'll also have to warn you for provoking them.
You tried to provoke me, to no avail, and I'm just telling the truth...

But you know damn well that the truth can be twisted.

 that's just funny. You can't do anything more then what we did in the second half. Amazing comeback. DP is just class, I'll always enjoy watching him play and break records. Even though we lost, this was a great performance. Tiago-sissoko-cammo work so well together in a 4-3-3 but for some fucked up reason raneri decides to bench tiago, play nocerino, and play a 4-4-2. That really makes me sick because I see the potential of what we could have and its just being wasted. We didn't deserve to lose this game but that's how football is. If we won every game what would be the point of watching it?

the good

Sissoko- black ninja was everywhere. winning balls by himself, starting counter attacks and just laying the smackdown on Palermo's candy ass. Both the goals were a result of his actions.

DP----Was very good. showed good thinking to react on the first goal and good power on the 2nd.

The bad

Nocerino---Useless. nothing new to say here. If he is sold next season I won't mind.

Grygera- Very weak display from him, we have come to expect better given his his displays in past 2 matches.

Iaquinta--- unlike himself today. Did not have his usual determination. His body language showed that he is upset over something and it seems to be hurting him psychologically .

the ugly

Losing this game-- We played bad in the first half, but in the second half we did well to mount an epic comeback. It's too bad about the missed chances, as we should have won this game by atleast a 2 goal difference. what hurt more is that all three goals were fantastic goals. Buffon was shell shocked. He had no chance at all.

And this game should be proof that we can use some one like Amauri. What a fantastic player!! get him ASAP. What great goals he scored.

The first game this season I enjoyed loosing.
My compliments to Ranieri - he might be stupid sometimes, but he had the balls and fielded the right people out there. What happened was pure soccer laws, because:
Football is an unpredictable game. It has a round ball which bounces in all directions. That is why we love it.
I have to admit their 3rd one was probably goal of the season. Perfect execution.
Don't vote Gigi 3.5 - that is stupid. He could not have done anything. Even if we played with 11 goalies these shots still would have been goals.
Great game lads.
Precisely. Good post.

We can't win them all fellas and we should give Palermo fair play on this. Our boys played good today, too bad we couldn't capitalize on our chances.

I didn't try to provoke you. I tried to tell the others that there are different ways to reply, much more painfull, than insulting you and calling you names.

I know that you're telling the truth but most of the members are really frustrated and they can say things they'll regret later.
Leave it be for now. I'm sure tomorrow people will realize that you're telling the truth.

Well, juventini, this is just one of those losses you have to swallow. Juve finally made it an entertaining game in the end, but we deserved to lose. Palermo took it on three quality goals, and you really can't complain as much as admire the shots. Juve came so close, but we just couldn't convert on ours.

This is how the sport goes sometimes. And rather than fault Juve so much for the loss, I think you have to give Palermo more credit for the win.

This game looked like a snorer by the half. But Juve did at least turn it into one of the most exciting matches of the season, outcome aside.

Buffon - 5.5 - Gigi didn't have a bad game. But he failed to make an impact when it counted.

Grygera - 5.5 - Allowing that final cross to go through for the 2-0 Palermo lead before the half was critical. Otherwise didn't have an exceptional match either way.

Legrottaglie - 5.5 - Defensively this guy showed some rust and wear. He was off his usual game, and it would have been occasion for me to give him a 5. However, as the situation required it, he was pretty effective as a more aggressive DM as the match wore on. He showed better containment and contributed a bit in attack when we needed something.

Chiellini - 6 - Excellent lunges for headers to clear out some Palermo balls. But his game wasn't as well-rounded in defense and other aspects as it could be.

Molinaro - 6 - Generally played well. OK on the offensive front. Wasn't involved enough with the defensive lapses of the team to fault him much there either.

Camoranesi - 6 - I think his steamy attitude hurt him this match. He could have done a lot more if he were more focused on the result and production instead of focusing on infractions, ref calls, and combativeness on the field. Could have been more creative with his teammates, but some of his better antics were dummies.

Nocerino - 5.5 - I had to avert my eyes when he had the ball, worried that he would just sky it to the moon on a cross as usual. He didn't do that. He didn't play too badly other than he was not the piece we needed to come back from a 2-0 deficit in the second half.

Sissoko - 8 - Immense. Outstanding. Reckless and yet controlled. Vicious yet precise tackles to win the ball under any circumstance. Some very good passing and an occasionally decent cross too. My MOM.

Nedved - 6 - Not on the field for long, but he seemed to be faring OK for the time he was on.

Trezeguet - 4.5 - Not many touches, but Trez on a good day would have scored twice given the chances he was given. He didn't get any.

Del Piero - 7.5 - Great ball movement in the second half and some great leadership to get us back into it. But really should have shown up earlier in the first half.

Subs:

Iaquinta - 4.5 - I didn't like his touches. He wasn't very effective with them.

Tiago - 6 - A couple of brilliant passes. A couple of bewilderingly bad passes with no one near him and lots of wide open field by his target. In the end, however, he was the right switch over Nocerino.

Salihamidzic - 5.5 - A bit reckless with the Palermo players and he didn't contribute enough again on the wing. Didn't really notice any improvement over Grygera's absence. There should have been more from him at midfield.

Coach:

Ranieri - 6 - Too lackadaisical to start the match. But generally very good adjustments in style and play at the half.

Ref:

Morganti - 5.5 - Didn't get overly aggressive with cards and calls. But he blew a few. Still, he didn't dictate the outcome of this one. Palermo won and making the most with superior shots that deserve all the credit.

We're at the business end of the season and apart from our victory over Inter, we've been struggling a little. We've been helped by those teams below us being so inconsistant too. We're not a good team.
