Muntari, wow, I just watched that video and in Britain that would constitute an assault and battery for sure, just to the sheer fact that he has formed both the mental and physical state, there is little defence to it because he actually made 3 or so sepreate motions. Even if it is in a sporting environment Muntari definitely went beyond what the game would tolerate there.
Had this been Lictenstiner doing this Milan would have reported him to the authorities no doubt (obviously if the same ingredients are required in Italian law to constitute this offence). It's actually brutal.
