Even if DP has looked dangerous, Quag and Iaq both have 2 goals in Serie A :( Del Piero and Amauri have 0 goals and 0 assists (DP has good stats against weaker sides in the EL though)
Who cares about stats? DP is in good form, he should start.

This is what it should be:

Storari
Rinaudo/Motta - Bonucci - Chiellini - Pepe/Gryg
Krasic - Melo/Aqui - Marchisio - Martinez
Quagliarella - Amauri/DP

agree on pepe

not agreed on CMs, its marchisio or aquilani alongside melo

really wonder how pepe would do as leftback with martinez in front

Quag and Aquilani should obviously start, as they won't play with City. What's the point in having tired Marchisio and Del Piero against City and then experimenting with Aqua and Quag against Inter?

And let's try Marotta on RB. One eye looking bravely forward, the other glances to the left looking for a cross - a perfect right-back protecting all the field.

Mixed feelings, cause I'm the last to laugh at someone's imperfections. Unless it's the one who fucked up our mercato so badly that now we have to consider some Rinaudo as RB and Pepe as LB, while having six (6!) real fullbacks in the roster and paying two of them for nothing.

But yeah, I still have some faith for this guy and somehow trust him. January.

Inter lost and it's on 10 points right now. If we don't fuck it up, and that's a big if, and we beat Cagliari and find some consistency, we might still have a shot for the Scudetto.
