Sarri:“It’s a complicated situation, as we have many strong players who don’t have a specific role."
There is no full stop at the end of that sentence. He was answering a question about the formation he used against Brescia and Cuadrado's attacking role in that formation.

What he said is: “It’s a complicated situation, as we have many strong players who don’t have a specific role, they are all fairly atypical. Dybala is a forward, but is good at coming back. Cristiano Ronaldo likes to play wide, Cuadrado can play many different roles."

Nothing wrong with what he said there. We all know it and even Allegri said the same about Dybala not having a specific role.

Might be a translation issue the following statement is from official site https://www.juventus.com/en/news/news/2020/juve-brescia-interviews.php
Sarri:We have a lot of strong players, but they are all atypical players, without a specific role and therefore there are different situations to implement.
