I was thinking we'll still sell Rugani and bring back Benatia after his most recent comments.

He sure would add some much needed experience to our backline but if he arrives he'd demand to be a starter and I don't think that would sit too well with De Ligt .
Yeah benatia was the first name I thought of as well, but hed only work if he didn’t cry every time he was on the bench. I don’t know who else is out there. Maybe a younger player that has talent that’s not in a position to demand minutes.

Emre Can would make a fine CB in Sarris system though tbh. Convert him and sign another mid?

I've had a bad feeling already, and it's not gotten better.

I'd take a draw tbh.
I wouldnt take a draw even if instead of Napoli it was Barcelona or the team who I consider to be the toughest right now - Liverpool. I`m sorry but this I`d take a draw is a loser mentality and Im not willing to have it..
Chiellini`s injury is very bad indeed but MDL is very good and should be enough to secure our defense

Dybala is a starter material. And while the others arent.
That might be your opinion but it's not reflected in reality. Khedira and Matuidi started our last game while Dybala didn't. Also both Matuidi and Mandzo played just as much if not more than Dybala did last season.

I personally wouldn't blame any of them for not leaving, but only blaming the others while Dybi is given a free pass is simply driven by bias and lacks objectivity.

True. He also did face Napoli though. I don't think he would be shocked.
And what a game he had, he fucked that diving midget hard on several occasions, one in the penalty area, played with the ball and totaly smashed him seconds later. That was the game that Merih impressed me significantly, he won every single duel with power and aggressiveness..

We get our best CB injured for half the season, and you think that it means we will change to a formation with 3 CB?
Because we have Can that can play CB. [mode/heavy sarcasm on]

    Yes it is.

New manager, new tactics, Chiello out, Rugani (meh defender) or DeLigt (no understanding with his team mates yet) in. On the other side not all that much changed for Napoli. Can we win? Sure, like always - but for named reasons i'd be ok with a draw for now.
