great game, loved the spirt the team played with!!! sorenseen is going to be massive. for an 18year old he has lots of confidence!! was solid in every way in today's match. aqua man is a must buy he oozes class. loved quag's performance today. iq was a bit frustrating but did ok. grosso apart from the run he made in the last 10 mins was pretty average.

over all great performance and an important win. mission accomplished.

Nice, Sorenson was awesome.

Is Aquaman injured?
Is Krasic suspended?
I thought Aqua held his left hamstring when he left but he looked quite ok on the bench. If it was anything he would have had a pack of ice on the leg. Krasic just got back how can he be suspended?

We did well with the desperate shoots in the first half, the lack of an attacking plan didnt overhaul us and the dominance of the midfield, mostly due to Melo's great performance gave us winds and the occasion to run forward unchecked.

After the goal, Genoa tried to fight back, mostly by the individual efforts of Criscito and Rafinha (and a couple of Ranochia efforts), but the lack of their main forwards prevented them of being too dangerous.

In the second half we fall back and tried to defend the result.
Our friend and best scorer in the first half, the post was our savior in the second half and our underwhelming defense somehow managed to get away with a clean sheet, despite Kharjan's efforts.
I was impressed by Melo's confidence on the ball, and the promise of Sorensen.
Bonucci and Aquilani were kind of underwhelming but not bad.

Only Grosso was sub par, but that was expected.
