Man.. Look time I had to fight the urge to take a snooze during a juve game. What a bore! Our teams needs somewhat of a reality check. We are a bit overconfident, thinking we are so good the result will follow. Capello's Juve could play like this. This one needs to fight for a result. Has been a long time since we did not take the game to the opponent.

Didn't expect us to concede that many chances, other than that the game went pretty much as thought it would. Fiorentina obviously deserved the 3 points, but screw them.

Thought Vidal was our best player, for what it's worth.

Again saw a few clueless moments by Bonucci (you'd think he'd know to cover the inside on a quick counter attack, rather than just sprint after the Viola dude inviting him to go past), coupled with some nice play. Frustrating dude.
Gio was, once again, lost out there. Don't think we're playing to his strenghts. Though it has to be said that he was basically the only one trying (& failing) to create something.
Giaccherini remains an enigma to me. Games like yesterday would lead me to say you can't field him as a CM, but he has done well there other times. I'd be inclined to field Pepe there, if fit, instead of him when we need some muscle.

juve controlled the game and obviously conte told them to save their energy.. imo we could've stole the match at the last minutes if we pushed a little harded
controlled the game?

We got overcontrolled by Fiorentina, not a single pass conected before Fiorentina interupted us.
We got lucky they didn't score as for us there was no sign of our possesion play for 1minute.
With this determination we let Fiorentina think they could win. if we continue like this our first loss will come really soon.

I woke up at 3.45 am to watch the game.
One moment I was having a heart attack and at other times I feel like dozing off. When the game ended I managed to sleep like a baby

I too woke up at 2.40 for the match, having slept at 11.30pm, and then slept between 5-6.30 am and then had to wake up for work. All that for that abysmal display :( :sergio:

Anyway, the more frustrating thing was just that Juve did not TRY. I'm not sure why and it was uncharacteristic of the team. I could only think of them actually having planned to sit back and play for a draw or something tactically with the games coming up. If that's the case, well...

I actually believe Juventus is just sitting back and hoping for a draw or even a lucky 1-0 win without overtiring or risking injuries, but when you have so many misplaced passes and our attack being toothless, getting 1 point is already a luxury in a game like this when a better striker will definitely put the ball at the back of the net.

David Pizarro was the best player on the pitch by a mile, the man would have been perfect for us as vice Pirlo. Andrea needs about two months rest, the man is completely knackered, never seen him so misplace so many passes in one game in a long time.

I'm willing to give Gio the benefit of the doubt for a while longer, but so far in his second stint with us he hasn't impressed me at all, except for some fleeting moments here and there. Giacc has one good game followed up with a awful one, no consistency with him at all.

Glad to see PP getting more game time though, his tackle in our box was superb.

Boring game. I stayed awake to watch it, but I have time off work, so it wasn't really a problem :p

Took out my anger at our performance in the gym today, Zac style (and no, it didn't involve any redheads) :D
