Spot on on both accounts.
Just as we shouldn't be too euphoric for a good win over small Empoli, we should NOT make a drama when we will hit bad patch (it's not a matter of if, but of when and usually it's December-January).
And yes Zlatan is not the symbol of Juventus. Right now he might be the most representative but not the symbol yet. When he'll lead Juve like Nedved did in the CL, then he will be recognized as a symbol by fans and non-fans, but before that he's a player like Trez or Thuram or Emerson.

i just cant stand when people fall in love wih dp and cant see anything else. In fact dp is our biggest problem, he has one of the highest sallary in italy (now just second behind totti) while he is barely able to play two games in a row.

i have to ask the primitive question: who the fukk you support, dear Stuart (and Stuart likes)? how can you complain about our last serie-a season when juve won the league with the most scored and least conceded goals with a squad undisputably weaker then milan or inter?
how can you bash Capello after achieving this in his first season at juve?

I agree! People who overreact with football results obviously dont know much about the game! Yes it nice to win 4-0 like we did on sunday, so we need to be focused always on to the next. Without dwelling on our results as we know how quickly things change in football.
Eg: last season when Milan lost 2 games in a row gave us a 8 point lead, then people (especially here) started saying ''Its over'' scuddetto is ours'' Not me though, then what happened? .....We lost to palermo and then Inter and the race was back on again. We need to stay focused at all times.

Well we should put up a brilliant performance against Empoli as shown in the 4 - 0 scoreline. But then how hard is it to defeat Empoli? Surely ur not going to cheer so wildly with 2 straight wins. We were juz lucky that we managed to get the slip away with the battle against easy teams. Our schedule is pretty tricky and we really had to be focused if we met up with tougher opponents. I really hope the 8-point lead case really taught Juve a lesson of complacency, not onlyfor the players, but to the fans as well.

for me i dont think that winning by a huge margin is neccessary in evrey game. Since we have a huge schedule and we already have players getting injured then i think that we should win every match with the least effort possible.
The empoli game was ideal as we scored 3 goals back to back and then we just dectated play.Well i think that we will see how much the empoli game took from the players in the CL brugge game tonite.

On Sunday, September 11th, Juventus will play Serie A’s second matchday at Empoli. The line-up led by Mario Somma is virtually the same as last season’s, the squad who managed to finish their season in Serie B second-ranked and to gain Serie A after only one year in the lower league. Last year’s tested and successful 4-2-3-1 formation will be reinforced by two more important tiles, goalkeeper Berti and forward Serafini, respectively coming from Torino and Catania.
