"You can say many things about Del Piero but you can't attack his professionalism."

Disagree, after the season was over Del Piero went on interview and said that Fabio Capello wasnt a great coach and that Fabio had very little to do with the scudetto win, he also complained about him being subed so much, Thats hardly professional.
Exaaaactllyyy "AFTER" the season ended. He has the most goals for the team overalll and he subbed all the time, its not fair. The fact is that he didnt disrupt the team by talking in the binging of the season. I think thats very professional from the captain.

Its not professional to be bitter and call the coach incompetent, especially when he took a team who had problems qualifying for CL and made them Serie A winners.

Very low class from Del Piero, And as far as the goals go, he may have scored the most goals but allthru the season he was very inconsistent and played horrible at times.

I remember the only interview he had after the season was over, was saying his relationship with Cap was getting much better...

Let me say it in your own language: you consider yourself knowledgeable about others more than theirselves.
No I say that out of feedback from people telling me that they enjoy my sarcasm.

Maybe not you Seven and probably not Stuart either, but giovanotti and Maresca and Azzurri7 surely do use this double standard.
I am using double standard???
I am telling you all the time that all the players must be judged with the same standard.. and I think it is not fair to blame DP every time he loses the ball just once.. if DP is not in good shape then of course he should be benched, and this must be valid for every player..

If you ignore the details and read my posts you will know that I am not m_elayyan blaming Del Piero for everything, but no you have to live up with your style and poke me on every comment I make.

DP did not say that cappelo is compotent, he just said that he does not have to thank cappello for anything.. Cappello had said last season that DP will thank him at the end of the season..

Just in from Tuttosport.

Capelle will rest(notice rest, not bench) Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the Empoli game. The reason for this being he wants Zlatan to be fully rested against Wednesdays CL match against Brugge.

let´s stop talking about DP and just talk about the game against Empoli.. it will be difficult enough..

I think Trez and Neddy must start because they must be fit as they were not in international duty..

that is nice, it is good if the player get a rest, just to keep their power..

Oh i forget instead of Zlatan it will be Adrian Mutu and David Trezeguet upfront. So i gues that means at least Del Piero gets to play in the second half.

this will be really intersting to see.. I hope that Zlatan finaly show his class in CL and score goals for us... so he can take a rest, trez and Mutu will do the job..

I agree, both are worldclass players and will get the job done.

Zlatan has improved everything from the 1 year hes been in Italy, Last season he improved his heading and passing, this year by the looks of it hes improved his scoring and finishing so im sure he will get a couple of goals in CL this year.
