Did you see his free goal miss?

Top player.
I was discussing this with Jack earlier today, he said something I didn't realise before. Every time he gets the ball he trips, almost loses the ball and sometimes he salvages it sometimes he doesn't. The whole purpose of being so puny is that you're supposed to have great balance and technique to make up for it.

No he's just that bad. I've given him the benefit of the doubt this season, he's had 11 competitive games to prove himself in. The quality has been swinging, but never has he delivered but a fraction of what we expected from him.
I'll admit he hasn't been up to expecatations, but last night he wasn't as bad as everyone is making him seem. Anyways if the team performs better with the likes of Vucinic and Bendtner on, which I highly doubt, then so be it. I'm a Giovinco fan, but Juventus comes first. However I think Giovinco and Vucinic will stay as our starters as long as both are healthy and fit.

I'll take criticism from Giovinco from anyone else other than W. He's a poseur who tries to act like others on the forum. Be your own person, you look like a joke. :sergio:

But we've already established the fact that our worst starting line up in attack is Vuci - Gio. If you don't agree with me that our team performs MUCH better with Vuci on the field instead of Gio - then this conversation has to end now. Both Matri and Quags are disappointing as of late, so the obvious choice for me would be starting Vuci - Bendtner

We should definitely played 4-3-3 especially vs small teams. Why was an attacker for a defender.?

Vucinic has definitely been our most effective and most reliable striker as of now. But I don't think Vucinic - Giovinco is our worst attacking line up. Its out best. Giovinco is a tricky little player, and Vucinic holds onto the ball a lot better. Chemistry has grown a bit between them.

I'd like to see a Vucinic - Bendtner duo as well, but not as starters. Giovinco - Vucinic first because its our best attack, and Bendtner to come on later.

Buffon
Lichtsteiner - Barzagli - Bonucci - De Ceglie
Pogba - Pirlo - Asamoah
Pepe - Bendtner - Vucinic

Rest: Chiellini, Asamoah, Marchisio, Vidal and Giovinco.

Yes, I'm desperate to try something different... However, it's more likely that a meteor destroys earth, than this line-up happens. :D

i'd give the vuci bendnter a try as well...matri is past it..quag meh...gio could do with a lil rest...but we need to evaluate bendnter properly...talk shit about him yes but the man is vastly experience and leads the line for his NT for a while now

I agree. But they never got the chance to prove themselves over a period of multiple games. Take Quagliarella for example. He scores two, three goals and everyone is happy. Then he doesn't score in the following match and immediately is benched again. It appears to me that many problems arise because players cannot get used to each others style of play.
