Qatar - Roma links getting stronger despite denial from Roma President

Reported by very reliable sources

Would love to see this happen.
Been wanting Roma to become our permanent runner-up for a while. They have the potential to solidify themselves and replace Milano trannies for good.

And if the time comes and this will happen, after some time it'll be Roma who annoys you the same way Milano clubs do now. So who cares which teams are our contenders as long as nobody surpass us. ;)

Edit: But yeah, seeing Milan/Inter becoming irrelevant is nice, that's right.

Because Roma will never have combined 10 CLs and 18+17 Scudetti.
Also, they never directly benefited from Calciopoli, unlike those two.

Maybe the Qataris are giving up on PSG lol
I don't think so.

They are just expanding their investments imo.

Roma would certainly be a good purchase if they buyout an Italian club especially if the stadium project gets pushed through.

I am starting to wonder if Agnelli has any hand in persuading these Middle East owners into investing in Italian football looking at how stagnant the growth is presently which is hurting us as well indirectly.

one of the cultural capitals of the world

~60,000 brand new stadium

add oil money on top of that and you got yourself a winning combo

The stadium alone is going to boost tourism heavily. Imagine if Roma have a world class team to go along with it...
