Spallettis type of nonstop movement in attack, spefically counters, will suite Icardi big time. Give them little foundation and belief in themselves and they can easily be nr 3 in the league.

Us and Napoli too tough to catch even if Spalletti will make them more consistent.

I think people will overrate Inter after this game. Roma should've been buried them long before the comeback came but choked. Inter got lucky tonight and Roma were poor.

Roma were better for first hour, Inter defence not impressive, but Romas way worse, mainly Juan Jesus. The gifts that keeps on giving, awful to play him on right back when he is so left footed, hand brain freeze when he couldn't clear balls with his left on the right.

But Roma despite starting out better (owned Inter centrally for most of it, Valero sucked ass this game) , struggled creating real chances, they badly miss Salahs speed and quality. It was all relying on Perrotti dribbles. Defrel does so little, Dzeko and the midfielders too slow and not creative (cringe worthy to make through balls to Dzeko so he can run into space, just doesn't happen) . Sharaawy looked useful when he came on. But besides two shots on the post, and last big miss by Nainggolan they couldn't threaten Handanovic much.

Inter were just smarter with their subs (and could plenty more before this too, Icardi and Candreva missed big chances) , Joao Mario subbed changed a lot for them, their movement became better and began counter attacking a very naive defense in really good way. Roma midfield were standing around tired /clueless while Inter raised the tempo last 30 minutes.

Icardi is not better than Higuian, we seen what Higuaín is capable of at Napoli when a team was based around him. Icardi has the team based around him at the moment, but he's no were near as good as Higuaín when they're both playing their best. At least not now anyway.

How come Juve fans are so classy when talking about a neutral game. Look at Bilan forum how they talk bad about Juve during the game with Genoa.

Just play 4-2-3-1 with real wingers and you'll see Higuain get 30 goals!

True. For what it's worth I'd go with Higuain as well.

Higuain is still a much better striker than Icardi. Let's be honest here you idiots. But Icardi is no joke either
In the right set-up (i.e. an attacking formation) vs a weaker, over-matched opponent, Higuain can be a very prolific striker. Very much like Pogba, he accentuates an already existing difference between two teams.
Icardi, hate him or love him, doesn't need the aforementioned conditions to be the difference. And he still hasn't even reached his full potential ...

Filthy teams will focus all their efforts on VAR. Actually some of them already did it this season. Players falling in the penalty area like someone shot them from the stands.

Also penalty was awarded against us and the player was offside. That is stupid beyond belief.

This VAR will be insane in the next couple of months.

It could change the game in the ugliest way possible.

The penalties will triple or at least double this season, mark my words. The context is completely lost in these replays. I think VAR is good for the game but it needs A LOT of fine tuning.
