It's not racist at all.
It's a joke about Inter falsifying player's passports, it has nothing to do with the skin colour. Turk would have said the same thing for a white player who plays for Inter and who looks older than his real age.

I know it was intended as a joke evidently but I had an argument a while back on how old Balotelli is. Someone was really convinced that he had a fake passport and was actually around 28 because of his bone structure or what not. Turk knows what I'm talking about, and it was about Afrrican players at the time.

I didn't buy that argument so that's why I didn't think it was funny.
