10 yellow cards altogether, 5 for each team. No reds SOMEHOW.
Anyone got the stat of how many fouls there were. It seemed like AT LEAST every minute, there was 1-2 fouls. 90 fouls? haha, i guess around 30 or so, maybe 40 between the teams.
such stop and go action, but 2 in the first off was enough to seal it for us.
Smart to take Del off with a yellow by Capello, and give him some rest.
Also good to see Zalayeta play the entire match, and Trez get in there for about 10 to get him confortable again.

This shows how much we need to fight back in UCL...It wont be easy for us ... We need to be more concentrated on the game,But unfortunatly ROMA didn't allow us to do so tonight...
But i hope that REAL MADRID is not the same as ROMA was tonight.

The truth is that we deserved our victory. Yes, of course we got penalty for free, but this is from Channel4:

zebina, thuram and canna were simply amazing (esspecially surprised by thuram )
camo and emerson faught for every ball and blasi was everywhere on the field.
del piero and zalayetta were on top of their games and ibrahimovic did play better but he can improve a lot.
