That was easy huh?
fucking unbelievable that crapoli were cleared along with cannavaro and Grava in their first appeal process on crimes which Conte was accused of, yet Conte still had to serve a ban along with Alessio, on evidence that was no less flimsy than than that used against Conte and co. If Conte was guilty of knowing a game was fixed because he was the manager, then why wasn't mazzarri investigated and banned too? he is crapoli's manager right? he must have known something if there was a fix. I'm sick of this league and the structure, and the FA still scratch their heads as to why the other major european leagues are years ahead of Italy, i wouldn't be surprised to see genoa and lazio treated in similar fashion only to instead see Conte get another ban for this shit that is happening surrounding Bari and this is also precisely why i couldn't give a shit about the league's coefficient in the continent because as far as im concerned serie A deserves to be in the shit hole that it is in, if not worse.

correct me if i am wrong here, but napoli took their appeal to the federal court now isn't that beyond the process of appealing to CONI?

if so, why the fuck did Juve fuck around going through each legal tier?

I think most of us feel the same way, but it's not really going to change much and we all expected both to be cleared.

I also have the same view on the whole co-efficient thing.

Exactly...this is key right here. Did they actually take this to a federal court? Look how quickly the process was for Napoli and how long it usually takes for Juve. It baffles me why I see Juve always dealing with FIGC or CONI or some other useless shit with these matters instead of going to a fucking court of law. It was the same thing in 2006. Even Rangers last year took their case to a real court in Scotland with some dispute they were having with the FA and won the case.

"Napoli took their appeal to the Federal Court and this evening the two-point penalty was wiped out, while Cannavaro and Grava have been exonerated. Gianello's ban was reduced to 21 months."

so again why didn't we take it straight to the federal courts? were we blackmailed into going through the long process again like at calciopoli?
