No opinion is fine if you have reasons and you have thought about it from each side alittle. If you just made a typical hetro jock decision like Chxta has then he is an ignorant idiot.
Talking about babies, nature and shit. Thats all completely irrelevent to gay marriage. I made a long post pages back which no one answered. Read that and post to that Chxta if you want to discuss.
Otherwise your yeah whatever
the liberal paradox in action

he believes gay marriage is wrong. he has the freedom to say so.

why be so intolerant of his views? you dont need to stereotype his decision as a "typical hetero jock" decision, because you fail to realise that the cultural dynamics of the place he is from are devoid of the "typical hetero jock" culture, so his decision is based on something else entirely.

maybe you can enlighten me on the other side however. i'd like to hear what the pro-gay-marriage side believes as the justification for their action.

The people who made those monkey sounds are idiots, and maybe I was an idiot too by condemning all homos.

That IMO is wrong girlie...

Someone has to tell people what they can and/or can't do or else the world will descend into anarchy. That's why we have laws. Imagine this scenario...

I said earlier that I hate gays and that I'd like to kill them all, granted that since this thread started, that strong feeling has been tempered down, but suppose I still had that feeling? Someone has to make a rule that says Thou shalt not kill, or else I'll do what I like and go on a killing spree.

I like you too girlie, let's kiss and make up.

Heterosexuality in action, I like it :D

chxta and Zaf, because religions condemn homosexuality doesnt mean its right. The church has its own set of morals and you shouldnt follow everything just because you belong to a certain faith without thinking outside the box.
Who said we are not thinking outside the box. All my post was about nature and science nothing to do with religion. Well there are some parts of religion too.
This is something I believe in, not only because my religion says so. My religion guides me to open up my mind and use it.

I know that they are minority, but currently they are increasing and this will have its affects.

Maybe you can read back and find it for yourself. And id like to hear what you think on that post so please enlighten me.

I'm not intolerant of his opinion, he simply hasnt posted reasoning to it and he posted his so called opinion completely without respect, so I will show him no respect in return.

When someone posts like that its a biased hate filled rant, not an opinion.

Sure he dosent have jock culture. But jock is a word I use freely to describe male of the type. Uncalled for though your right. Apologies Chxta.

Yes, but because religion says it is not a valid reason. You need to chalk that off. If thats a moral you believe in, fair enough, but because religion says so does not stand because i could just aswell say because george bush says believes in something it must be true, but it doesnt make it.

Well then was it an anomalie that the first male monkey happened to be straight then? Back then, there was no society to shape his sexuality.

Again, I do feel it is down to religion more than anything else, about morale values and the difference of values we hold.

For me its ridiculous to compare what RELIGIon says and what BUSH says. That is absoulutely nonsense because may be u dont believe in religion and god, but god exists and has sent us guidelines, then again, u may say that is strictly my opinion and belief.

So, again, this will not go anywhere. I will just say that for those who are religous should and probably would feel gay is abnormal. While those who don't believe in religion can say gay is perfectly normal. Although there is a danger in my opinion for thinking in such a way.

I am against gay marriages of course because it is against nature, not to mention religion.
God created Adam and Eve, NOT Adam and Steve.
