I, personally didnt agree with the execution.....I thought a lifetime in US custody would have been enough for everyone involved...
...but, the Iraqi's didnt agree. WE did not run that "trial", rather, the Iraqi's did. THEY decided he should be hanged, and went ahead with it. If that's the kind of justice all the victims' families, and the majority of Iraq felt was necessary, then thats what was given.
CNN reported that after Saddam was executed, many Shiites danced around the corpse, and shouted Shiia slogans...lets be honest, was that right ??
TBH, I thought that the Sunni's would have sent numbers to where Saddam was being held, and done their damnest to fight the American troops and free Saddam, before he could have ever been executed...but I was wrong.
I'm pretty sure that this will not be forgotten, and you will see Sunni attacks on everyone become a constant for a long while.....

Well, he was hanged in the Green Region which is very very well-guarded, because it contains all the governmental important buildings, all the Western embassies, and all the Western intelligence centers for the Middle East region, so it was impossible to see one Sunni there...
