Actually I haven't bothered ripping these, CINA posts videos too often and I haven't got around to it.

Have you tried using a program like Streambox to download them? I'm sure as hell CINA's gonna keep posting media in mms format, so you're probably best off investing some time and effort into learning how to download streaming media yourself
