If FFP is such a big deal then why are clubs with no income like PSG spending? I think there are several ways around it. Man City sponsorship deal anyone? It's just some clubs use FFP as an excuse not to spend (Milan). I think Berlusconi, after winning the CL five times, just doesn't care anymore.

I must say I have watched RVP play but only a few games
In those I have watched him he seems like a good player but I also noticed he sometimes misses chances he should score
For example: 2-1 loss to Germany he was in 1-1 situation but fired straight to Noir
Another example is Arsenal win against Milan in which RVP missed from 5 meters (again he just shot without aiming...)

His overall movement is great and he is definitely a great player but if we go for a WC player and are willing to splash the cash I think Cavani would be a better scorrer (altough less team movement) or Higuain (if available) who would probably be the best choice since he is very technical and also a great scorrer
