My original username is sutnevuJ and i have forgotten my password.
I have requested a new one and have been sent an email with a link.
The link is supposed to take me to a password page but instead i get to a page that tells me that the address in the link was wrong and i need to fill out the request form again and receive another email.
I have repeated this process over 10 times, trying copy paste, typing the address or just clicking on the link.
I have also tried various browsers and cleared my cookies.
Prompt help will be greatly appreciated.
