Yes you can. Online gaming on the PlayStation is always free. You never have to pay for it unlike the Xbox.

LOL no, I'm not so good that I could win those matches all the time. I've seen those guys play and they play 10 hours a day every day and know all the tricks and niches. It depends on the release how good I am. For example a lot of top players on PES 2011 will have more problems on PES 2012 because of the defending system and team mate control etc.
