Some random dudes threatened that they were going to hack everyone in a game I was in. About 20 lines of the same message popped up across my screen, it said I had been hacked by some clan and gave a web address.

When I tried to quit through the start menu I got automatically reconnected to that server.

That's to do with the game servers (IW clowns) not Xbox, MW2 is hacked to shit now, and very easy to do. It's the same reason they happen through IE or Microsoft systems more than Apple, target audience and familiarity. Black Ops on the other hand, I've never seen a hacked lobby...

I've also, personally, never seen Xbox Live hacked.
