It plots your route, speed and time. Of course by cheating you may ask someone else to do the run but that goes down to trust.

I can give you time to get back in shape and to purchase the clock but I am serious about it. I am doing 5.8 km, three times a week nowadays, in two weeks time it will hopefully increase.
