Higuain with zero shots, I guess that's the same as Dybala managed today so Nedved was right.
This my problem with Higs starting hes not going to score many because hes movement is gone thats why hes goal scoring numbers are falling of a cliff each year now, dybala could help take some of the burden of ronaldo but seems like the club just want him gone no matter what.

I think what people fail to understand is that Sarri is very rigid coach in terms of attacking play. Ronaldo is the player with freedom in our setup. Dybala has to learn to play positionally the way Sarri wants or else he will have difficult time starting.

I don't think it's fair to think without proof that he isn't ready to adapt

Martusciello explained the situation perfectly.

He basically said in the first game of the season Higuain was picked because he knows the role perfectly and there was no point gambling with Dybala who has only relatively recently joined up with the team.

I'm a big fan of Dybala but can see why Higuain was chosen today.

After Costa and Higuain were subbed the team collapsed in attack.
Dybala is the most creative player in the team when fit. Replacing him with someone like Icardi guarantees many more minutes like the last 15 against Parma.

I see what our management is trying to do. First appear to want to sell Dybala for 80-100 mil and in the end not sell him. And when the season starts play Higuain over Dybala and compare and label them as equal players. Obviously Higuain is older so sell him for 50mil before the window closes.

Mind Blown.

I just hope Icardi will be Pipita's replacement, not Dybala's.

With Wanda confirming last night that Icardi only wants Inter and has refused all the other offers, is it safe to say that Dybala will stay?

I can’t see us selling to PSG if we can’t get any replacement.

It's not safe to say Dybala is staying so long Paratici is still in his job.

Higuain had more quality link up play with Ronaldo against Parma, than Dybala had all last season.
That's what I've been saying for a couple weeks now. Not only does he know what Sarri wants from the attack, he holds the ball up so much better than Dybala because he doesn't get pushed around (heavier) as easily, that makes a big difference. His first touch is also better IMO. Dybala has a spot around the box he is really good in but once out, hard to get involved. Higuain can play with his back to goal easier too which helps with the lay-offs to the attackers to his side.
