Off topic but is he getting any chances at Madrid after his comments at the end of last year? :beppe2:
Played 44 minutes in the 5-0 trashing of Granada in Primera and 79 minutes against Sevilla in the Cup. Thats all he played for 2017. Overall played less games than Kovacic, Isco and even Marco Asensio. The only mids he played more than were Casemiro (probably due to injury, but Casemiro has more minutes played) and Zidanes son. So....

:lol: and they payed 75m for him, why? Because they can make that easily from marketing and such. We need a term for youngsters who get fucked in the ass by those dirt-rich clubs, just like with Jovetic & City. Oh yea, it's gullible.

lol at people still saying dybala is young and stuff. get over it, he will not surprise anyone. Sure he is young by the age if you look at human life span, but as footballer, he has entered the years when a true potential should be already seen without thinking 'yeah he will get better year after year'. in that sense everyone does get better year after year.

Footballers have different development curves. This whole post makes one wonder how much you have actually paid attention to Dybala. He has great raw potential that is there for everyone to see. How well will he make use of these attributes and characteristics he has is anyones guess. I personally wouldn't bet against him being the best in the world at some point during his career.

Could and should have had a hatrick last night. That volley was sensational, such sweet technique to strike the ball like that. Higuain's through ball to him in the second half was insane and he really does need to start finishing those "easy" chances off.

I wonder how many of you have every played football on a higher level than school or street?
If you can not see that Dybala is an exceptional player. Everybody misses a goal. First look what he bring to the team, on top of that he picks balls up in defense and his passing is sublime. And yes he will become a top Player. James, I wanted him in Juve when he was playing in Banfield but he is not and will never be on Dybala's level, All of you should be happy about a player like Dybala, but yes the grass is all ways greener on the other side of the fence!!

Some examples of why this isn't true.

- Until 2013 played for Lecce, Catania, Crotone, Cesena, AZ, Parma and Sampdoria;
- He made only apps for AZ and a few minutes in a year for the others
-2013 to Feyenoord (28 years old)
- Scoring a lot in the Eredivisie (not that hard) and transfered in 14/15 to Southampton
- One of the keyplayer by Southampton for 2 years
- Now making 20 mill a year in China but could've played as starter in the PL.

Before 27 NEVER EVER PLAYED (!) besides max 80 minutes in a season.

Jamie Vardy.
- Before 2012 on 5th level and lower
- 2012 to Fleetwood town (4th division in England)
- Last year part of Leicester's title and he was amazing
How old? last year 29!

Luca Toni etc.

You get the point?

Dybala is a special player, how special he truly is will be determined further more in coming years. Its nothing complicated, he needs to add some killer instinct consistency and some experience in the absolute biggiest games, after that who knows how far he will reach. He is already one of the absolute best players in the game. After he gets used to the higher requirements of big CL games (still a novice there, he was kinda overwhelmed vs Bayern, tho he schooled City without scoring, just toyed with them), get used to the pressure of facing the best, with some time he ougta become a monster like few right now.

People have fickle minds, yes he should scored those 2 chances, he knows it himself, and he tends to sky some chances when vollying in front of goal in one too many occasions (suspect focus/anticpiation, who knows), but it generally also comes off as looking for things to critique. Because there are seriously nothing to doubt about his talent/capabilities, if so it only means you forget too easily what a sick season he had last season, this one has been hampered by injury, playing with a new partner (Mandzu fit him like a glove) he isnt in sync with yet at all, will take time. But more importantly he is essentially playing in a new role then last season, he is virtually a trequartista per Allegri's orders (when he was main CF last, Mandzu was just running around doing the grunt work for most of it), and if that wasnt enough he is playing even deeper than that role usually does because of our more predictable and weaker midfield this season (besides injury and Higauin carrying the load, he has scored little this season simply because he isnt close enough...).

He fills the role of bringing up the ball and playmaking further down due to lacking someone who can hold up possession and demand attention from opponents as Pogba used to. He excells in this aspect but he is still someone who needs to get warmed to get going and at times decision making gets rushed by pressure to constantly perform/fit in with team components thats not all that used to eachother yet. Tho he should relax more because clearly Higauin and Pjanic showed they are match winners so he doesnt need to do all the decisive plays/finishes as he used to last season, was virtually our saviour.

But mainly its about being kind of out sync and not getting in gear yet due to the nearly 2 months long injury.

With not that dominating of a season, he still being dazzling the fuck out of opponents with such ease its bizzare. IMO the spring will be his domain for sure if he doesnt get injured, he has alot to make up for and should have plenty of energy to do it, except more of this but with more direct end product:

The solution to everything is he needs to get used to Higauin more and MUST play closer to goal then he does, even if he is key with how deep he starts plays.

IMO, he is the most skilled player we have. I would try to make him the focus of our play as much as we can. Give him a Treq-free role and make him the focus of this team...with players like Pipa and Pjaca assisting in the offensive matters.

Neiter Pellè nor Vardy are exceptional players, they just used their experience to get better. Dybala is an extroardinary talent, trying to be the world's best. Very different.

Yes.

Dybala has not been our most decisive player this season, but he's for sure our best player.

@Klin

It oddly reminds me of Zorro/Vega from street fighter even if it has no logical connection to it lol

Imagine he puts big club to the sword solo in CL and then goes all:

Baby faced assassin.
