I want someone to say how is our defence overall in the pre season friendlies.I have not seen any of these friendlies but there is no game where we finish it withoute concede goals.

i can't evalute our defenders in friendly Matches !
But if there is something to say about that :
i guess we have a good defenders so far and i am sure that our defence with capello can keep Juve safe, according to the last season we were the best defence recieving only (27) goals !
in addition 1 thing that we should put it in mind :
Plus that Thuram too old..fabio first season we won the scudetto while playing together for the first time.
i am sure that those couples will be more powerful this season as long as they have played together and that's definitely will give them trust and harmony more and more .

I understand that they are not playing that well at the moment, that is to be expected, half of them are still on holiday mode.
What i am more worried about is the lack of center backs !
Unless i'm mistaken we only have kovac as a replacement for either thuram or canna.

We'll miss Tudor's headers.
Montero is a red card machine these days. I just can't watch him on the pitch without covering my eyes anymore.
Legro is, well, of much better service to us on another team. We would do better with Zalayeta as a CD anyway.
If things get bad in CD, we can always do something pretty crazy for Juve -- but not foreign to Capello: play a 3-4-3.

abt the defense my only concern is abt thuram rejoining the national team. He is not a young man that could travel and play multiple games in a season.So mybe he cant play the games he will play at the same level as last season.
My other concern is abt Kovac, as he is the cover for the two defenders.
We need more defenders i guess if tudor is going or even if he is staying
