Goddamn only 69 to win

What a knock from Markram

It's the year of the firsts

Palace
PSG
RCB
Hobart Hurricanes

I hope I don't jinx this but hope the trend continues

What a way to potentially win your very first world title.

Friendly reminder that 18 months ago, their board pushed their players to play the domestic T20 league over a test series in New Zealand. And here we are SA on the verge of winning a test championship.

Love it that it's Bavuma that's leading them out. He's been through so much to get here. Winning 8 tests in a row and the last one against Australia at Lords. Can't get any better than that for South Africa.

Congratulations to South Africa. Obviously disappointed we lost. But happy for South Africa for their win. Anything to shake up test cricket is a good thing IMO. Cricket is the real winner today.

Rabada about to go on the biggest bender in history.

Now it’s the end of a cycle, it’s time for heads to roll. No fairy tale send offs, selections need to be heartless.

On a side note, it looks like England will keep the final until 2031 as well. Probably one of the better venues in terms of weather in June and getting a good turnout. Also, a neutral venue.
