It wasn't a horrible tackle but if you look at it closely Chiellini went right over the ball and got Canna's ankle. I wouldn't really call it a bad tackle but I think it was unnecessary and avoidable.

Donadoni was trying Materazzi-Barzagli in today's training.Horrible. He once tried a 3-5-2 formation(a pretty awful one):

If we are going to play a 3-5-2 I'd like to see

They were teammates with Donadoni in Milan and Italian NT from 1993-1996.
So maybe that's the reason

Panucci was very young when he joined Milan while Donadoni was a senior. They were roommates, Donadoni was tired of sex with the most beautiful ladies and he wanted to try something new.
Now it's pay back time.
