It's not just about that. It's also about wages going insane, Clubs operating at hundreds of million loss each transfer window, etc. What these 3 clubs are doing is not sustainable for football as a whole.

PL clubs are crazy, no doubt about that. But it's mostly paying 30-60mln for some random players. Some are good, but some are just mediocre players. However, you don't see them spending 220mln euros on one player. Also, due to their TV contracts and other crap, they do have the money to spend. When a club gets promoted to PL they gain a lot of money instantly. PSG books are nothing but red.
Who cares? Lukaku is not worth 100M+, and that was before Neymar.

But while FFP is doing its job, it becomes a problem when a league as disproportionate money bags than every other leagues in Europe.
Did you wonder why UEFA modified FFP last year by making it less harsh? That's precisely because having PL clubs pillage others every single year beside Barca, and Real is not sustainable.

Whatever. I am also a juve supporter, and I care greatly if tomorrow city or united comes and offers 160M for Dybala. As much as I like dybala, he's not worth 160M not even in dreamland.

- Implement a salary cap. With a restriction on players that can get bigger salary than the cap. Like 2 players per team, a bit like in MLS, NBA etc.
If we stay with the same rules, lets transfer Real, Bayern, and Barca to PL, and call it a day. Besides those clubs+PL everyone else is fucked by FFP. Do you think football fans are ok with that? If other leagues get poorer, then people will start looking at something else to watch/attend, or in the best case, will spend less money in that hobby named football, which will make clubs even poorer.
