Milan definitely, Inter have sadly signed a few exciting players tbh.

It's just you.
Although 20M for Bertolacci is just a joke and 30 for Bacca is too much, 20 should have been enough.

And on the other hand, during out rebuilding of the squad, we also needed (or at least did) to overspent on players like f.e. Matri, Amauri and others.
They will need to if they want to be in the top 3 or want to be title competitors again in a few years,especially since we are able to buy 30MEuro players also while a few years back when we were investing, they sold players like Ibra and Tiago Silva, Eto'o and others.
