I think Real is doing right so far, they try to establish more young spanish players, which IMO is the future, last season they only had Ramos and Casillas in starting XI, this season they add Isco,Carvajal and Illarramendi.

Arbeloa was starting RB for big part of the season, at times lost his spot to Essien, briefly Coentrao and later on Ramos when Varane emerged, but in general Arbeloa played plenty.
