It's irritating that you question numbers which are available for everybody to find on the internet. Hint: Raiola's bonus
And regarding your first statement: lol
Let's talk again after the deal gets finalized and numbers become official.
The numbers are available and they are not the numbers you are quoting. We sold Pogba for 105+5 gross, 78+5 net. According to the latest information, Dortmund are selling Dembele for 105+42 gross, Rennes' cut is at least 20m and we don't know what the agent's cut is, so they'll probably make around 80m net. That's almost the same, the difference is the bonuses and we don't know how attainable they are. And the reason we paid a big commission is that we got Pogba for free, while Dortmund paid 15m for Dembele, why are you not counting the net profit? Because you want to minimize our income and inflate Dortmund's to make Marotta look bad.
As to who is worth more between them, in general the more offensive players go for higher transfer fees. Dembele is an offensive winger, he's very young and teams think that he has a lot of room to improve. Pogba is much closer to his full potential. Obviously both were grossly overpriced, but Pogba more so. Dembele might still fail to live up to the expectations, but Pogba was obviously never the level that would be worth 100m. He's a media product, his haircuts, his dabs and the fact that the British media was writing every day how we got him for free and now he's awesome made him a superstar. Now that he is yesterday's news and nowhere near the most expensive player anymore his marketing potential will plummet. We sold him at the right time.
