Im wondering if ppl are interested in sharing Non-English music here.Giving links to their favourite songs if possible, with a brief history of the artist, the language of the song, and the genre.

The link im giving is :

http://www.sangeetradio.com/music/Default.asp?q=f&f=/Pakistani/Pop/Vital+Signs/04+-+Hum+Tum

The songs that i recommend are Main Chup Rha,Janna Janna and Namumkin.

Its by a band called Vital Signs, arguably the greatest band Pakistan had. They were active from the mid 80's to the mid 90's,and released 5 studio albums in the process. The language is Urdu.Im not good at genres, but it is probably a cross over between Psychdelic and Classic rock.I could be wrong about that though.

Get it a listne and let me know what you think of it.Also feel free to recommend your favourite Non-English songs, with the links.

I consider Magda Al Roumy as being a legend not only to the Lebanese, but also, to all the people who can taste the real decent art.

To me, she is the best in her generation.

The seventh song (Habebe means My love) in her last album is one of my all time favourites.

You can download it here. Also, the full album is available.
