I read clever runs WITH the ball at first and I was shocked about seeing Matri's name next to it. But you're totally right.

But I'm really looking forward to seeing him play as our main CF when he's fit. It's clear that he's a way better finisher than any of our forwards, so if we can get him the ball in good areas, I'm sure he can put away a few goals for us.

If that's the case then I don't see Anelka getting a lot of play time. This is what I meant with a lack of planning. We will end up in a gray area where Conte doesn't trust Anelka and the fact that the management brought a new striker sends the message that they don't have faith in our current lineup. This reduces their confidence and motivation and we end up in a even worse situation.
