btw i don't even hate nico (or the majority of our flops for that matter), i think he's a better player than we're seeing during this season. but if you replace nico with current bernardeschi, jetlagged, well into his 30's and blonde, we're scoring an other goal or two before the break. absolutely atrocious performance by gonzalez

A playmaker who cost 50+m, to finish the season with 0G/0A is unprecedented in our history. We've had our flops, but this tops them all.

So he's either gonna score/assist the winner and redeems everything, or he gives away a last minute penalty and cements his legacy as the eternal flop.
