:groan:

P.S. Watch Jarome Iginla and the Flames tear up your team of old foggies retirement home in 5 or 6 games max :fero:
No hard feelings, come on. The Red Wings will out class the worthless Calgary Flamers. After game one the whole team woke up, and the Wings murdered the Flamers. Don't worry, the Wings know how to beat Kiprusoff now, so goals won't be a problem.

Steve Yzerman is the MAN! He is one of the most incredible athletes ever to play a sport! Stevy Y is the true heart of the team, and he will lead my team to the Cup.

Did you see Hatcher fight Iginla? Jerome was no match for Big Bad Derian! :D

Hmmmmm, are Pavel Datsyuk and Henrik Zetterberg in that retirement home?

Please no Incubo, don't say that your an Avalanche fan:fero:

Did anybody else see the transfer rumour (i.e. lie) about Del Piero to Man U in exchange for Gary Neville and an ungodly amount of cash?

First, I would be shocked if Juve ever, ever, ever dealt Del Piero;

Second, with Legro, Montero and Iuliano why would we ever need Neville? Has Juve become the home for aged crap defenders? Neville is far worse than the aforementioned Juventus trio.

Who's this Andrea Bacchi guy, and how did he get on this thread???

Did you idiots induct someone else to the W.B.T.Y.A. WITHOUT my consent?!?!?!

PS- Andrea, Enjoy this run for the Red Wings, it could be their last for a long time. Can't fight Father Time forever.

Nick, I TOLD you about Tampa Bay, Didn't I?

What's with all these pictures of Vieri and Pippo? As if them being lovers was a secret to anyone.

Robert, what exactly is an "ungodly" amount of cash??

    Habs fan.

Yes the Red wings put on a performance and then some but they battled like hell and if I'm not mistaken the goals came from their third line ... the first from what I heard was shut down pretty well...could be wrong.
Iginla is not a fighter...he is physical and was locked down but is almost unmatchable in the corners..watch Hatcher get burned once and start to slip. This will not be an easy series and Detriot's age..Chelios for Gods SAKE! may hurt them. Physical game plus o.t. after o.t. is not kind ot the vets.

Sergio: I hate Tampa...I don't like their style nor their lack of "anything"...fans wearing straw hats and tank tops to the game..give me a friggin break. If they do win: will anyone care??
    Its a shame.
Yes LeCavalier is on fire but I still don't get why they don't rough him up a bit....the kid is tall but seems quite frail. Wear them down.

Pado: I didn't hear about that sale. And to be brutally honest I don't know why Man U would throw a load of cash at the present Del Piero. Well then again maybe they will: they are not the sharpest tool in the shed...

San Jose is coming out of the west.

    Great Goalie- Nabakov

Very Good and young Defense who is playing well- McLaren, Stuart, Hannon, Rathje

And they have a couple of excellent scoring lines with Marleau, Damphousse, Thornton, McCauley, Sturm, Ekman, Cheechoo

Nick, the Lightning play the same style as the Habs, except they are bigger and faster.

I feel they have defenders who are more talented than the Habs.
They have St. Louis and LeCavalier...
They have much more speed as a team....what do we have besides the first line and Ribiero in terms of speed.
We play a much more physical game..they found a way to get around it being a negative.

    two games down: happened before.

Nick, you're not just a member of the W.B.T.Y.A., you're also the President. Please adjust your sig accordingly

Shit, that sounds like a hair club for men commercial.

I sent you an e-mail (non-pornographic, unfortunately) today, let me know if you get it.

They have the Buhlin wall, brother, and Theo can stand on his head for the rest of the series, and it might not matter.

The difference in being down 2-0 in this series than being down 2-0 to Boston is that at least during Game 2 against Boston, I thought that we outplayed them and they got a lucky bounce in Overtime. We've been thoroughly outclassed in these 2 games.
