I'm sure everyone heard of Six degrees of separation. If not, briefly Six degrees of separation is the theory that anyone on the planet can be connected to any other person on the planet through a chain of acquaintances that has no more than five intermediaries. The theory was first proposed in 1929 by the Hungarian writer Frigyes Karinthy in a short story called "Chains."
It was actually tested shortly after and I remember reading about another experiment published by a Prof. at Columbia University.
According to this theory ALL of us are connected through 6 degrees of separation. Everyone from Fabiana (Venenzuela) to Vilhelmas (Lithuania) and Padovano (Raliegh) to Graham (Australia).

I just thought of something pretty damn cool:

It'd actually be pretty damn sweet if we found a connection between the forum members. I guess we're all aquaintances anyway, but we're probably talking about people we've met face to face, right? Sergio and Vicky don't count.
It's probably not as easy as finding people that we know in common, since the theory gives us room for 6 degress of seperation. It'd probably be pretty hard, since it's not like we're gonna be able to ask a person 4 degrees away from us if x knows y. I'm probably not making sense, it's fairly late :sleepy:
