nah the goal was rightfully called offside..even if passive Pippo was in front of the keeper..
the Juve days of contradictory calls are over
Carlo Ancelotti: “Andrea Pirlo’s goal should not have been disallowed. Incidents like that can be decisive in this type of match

Stefano Pioli: “Several refereeing decisions penalised us, in particular the throw-in that allowed Samp to double their lead. It should’ve been a free kick in favour of Giuseppe Cardone. Their third goal was also affected by Gennaro Del Vecchio’s offside position.

I am so glad that there are no longer any controversial calls now that the evil Juve is in B.

Ze, tell those Apartment Weasels to stick their fees up their arses. They have no legal recourse against you, and thjis is coming from an unemployed pimp who lives with his mom, but I've been evicted from every half-decent apartment in the greater Shitsville, West Virginia vicinity.
I'm gonna go talk to them, but if they won't budge, I'll give 'em the "You'll hear from my lawyers" line, and that's where you come in. :pumpkin:

interesting situation with Holland and Erik's friend Van Basten
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bayern Munich midfielder Mark van Bommel has opted to call a halt to his international career.

The 29-year-old was handed a recall for the upcoming Euro 2008 qualifiers with Albania and Bulgaria by Holland coach Marco van Basten, having been dropped from the squad following the Oranje's World Cup failure.

Van Bommel and Van Basten have had a strained relationship for some time and it is being claimed that the Bayern man informed the Dutch coach that he was no longer willing to play under the current regime.

The midfielder was tight lipped on the subject when confronted by reporters following Bayern's defeat at Wolfsburg on Saturday, merely saying: "My thoughts are solely with Bayern."

Van Basten opted to let the cat out of the bag on Sunday, as he confirmed that the player would not be in the squad for the two qualfiers.

"We have been made aware of his thoughts and must respect them," Van Basten said at a KNVB press briefing.

It was a weekend of setbacks for Van Basten, as Real Madrid marksman Ruud van Nistelrooy refused the opportunity to replace injured Ajax man Klaas Jan Huntelaar - with the striker citing similar reasons to Van Bommel.

Is that the same Jim McMahon that won something like 97% of the games against Chicago's Central Division rivals? Yeah, I thought so.
And when you're making your division rival counterparts in Eric Hipple, Lynn Dickey, Tommy Kramer, and Steve De Berg shake in their jock straps -- that's saying somethin'.

Who are these Bears?!?!

I've been watching them for over 30 years and have never seen them with a decent quarterback for more than a handful of consecutive games...

It was indeed amazing, simply magic. I saw the game with about 10 people and after every completion, successful play we looked at each other stunned. All of this is surreal. this didnt look like the bears. The bears dont throw 40 yd passes. Here's to the magic number: 19 :pint:

I thought that was a very interesting bill, Paul. Gambling is big and a lot of companies will lose big money over it, I can't believe it's gone through. The religious nuts must be celebrating.

In Norway online gambling was online legalized about a year ago, before that Norwegians gambling on "foreign" sites were in violation, finally they changed that rule. I would never would think a country, the US of all, would pass a bill to reverse that.
