why the hell not, he's been crossing the lines billion times and insulted almost everyone? why the fuck is he allowed to that?

I'm not saying he is allowed and I'm not saying you're wrong in banning him. Just that you should think things through before you ban someone. If you end up banning every "colourful" poster, because you have issues with him, the forum will soon be useless. Though I can see why a small temporary ban would be fit.

how does this post doesnt warrant a warning?

ok, i removed the other warning for calling me assclown, though if people get warned for posting in caps i think its pretty normal for me to warn you when you insulted me several times in past 20 minutes.

Fli, somebody warned me for calling Respaul a Piss Bag, but he was not even around to see it and be insulted by it. Hahaha, it should be like a delayed penalty in hockey - as soon as Paul sees it, that's when I get warned. :p

ALL JUVE ALL THE TIME:

Latest conversations released involving Lucky Luciano Moggi go something like this:

1. THE PAPARESTA INCIDENT:
Moggi locks Paparesta in the room in Reggio Calabria after the Reggina match and later speaks to Giraurdo telling him "that guy is finished..I will see to it that he is officiating overseas...I promise I will do what I need to for that guy to be out of there.."
Moggi then states he will go on Il Processo Di Biscardi where he and Biscardi (the ROLEX MAN for receiving a Rolex from Moggi) will rip apart Paparesta.

The head of the Association of Italian refs apologizes to MOGGI for Paparesta and says 'he will be dealt with' then asks Moggi to have supper at his house and bring some Juve jerseys for the kids. :disagree:

2. THE LIPPI INCIDENT

Moggi speaks to Cannavaro's agent who is livid because suspiciously Cannavaro is not playing against Belarus but was called up...Moggi explains to the agent that Cannavaro just take a seat on the bench and that "this is not Inter...we need him to play many games and these small games could bring BIG risks" The agent is still furious because he says Canna knows he will not play even as a reserve and Moggi has enough and tells him to take it easy.

Moggi speaks to Lippi and explains he is not happy with Cannavaro's bitching...Lippi replies that Cannavaro has been complaining about not starting and Lippi even explains to Moggi that he told Cannavaro "I'm not really the national team coach here...." i.e. decision is not mine.

Have your say.
My say? I have to side with Pado on this one. Any club manager who came off a match with officiating like that Reggina match would be in their right mind to blow their stack and start making threats about never wanting to see the clown again officiating one of their matches. And for the guy who manages the refs to try to smooth things out, that's not corruption, Nick. That's friggin' life.

People can cry and complain about politics as if it's a dirty, evil word. But it's a fact of civilized life that keeps disagreements between people from involving firearms. It's a fact of nature for a civil society. To point that out as somehow criminal is to criminalize society as a whole. How naive can people be here?

And the whole Lippi thing... another classic example of people who bitch and moan about how they're caught up in disagreements and some people presume that the only logical explanation is that a sinister plot is involved. Juve has every reason to not want to play their starters. Crap, I mean, the entire Brazil squad at Milan was disciplined for their "slow" returns when switching between NT and club play. This is being played out everywhere there's a club with a lot of star international players.

And as for Lippi's response, I have heard talk like that in the halls of just about every senior management branch of a corporation I've been in.

I don't mean to diminish the seriousness of some of these charges. But bringing up more trivial infighting he-said-she-said b.s. -- as evident to me in these examples -- just serves to put a sinister cloud on any kind of social disagreement. Ultimately, it serves only to dilute the seriousness of any truly serious accusations.

If everyone goes around yelling "genocide" everytime a civil war breaks out, the whole point of defining genocide -- and trying to raise world opposition to it -- becomes meaningless.

Yes, and more talk about dwarves, elves, and conspiracy theorists.

I heard one: Rosella Sensi called Marcello Lippi and told him that Totti was healing ahead of schedule and the Totti would be ready for the World Cup. WOW!!! Rosella must be the real Azzurri coach, becuase we know it isn't Lippi. AND guess what - Totti was selected for the World Cup!!!!

There's the proof. See Roma in Serie B next year. Oh dear.

@ Swag, Pado and others: Sorry but telling off an official for calling a bad match is one thing: Locking him up in a room is forcible confinement and a crime. Secondly, giving journalists like Biscardi a rolex to speak about things you want and downplay other things that don't favour you is against all that journalism stands for. Thirdly, speaking frankly with the head of the officials as Moggi did and saying you want to see the ref gone AND dining at his house and bringing him gifts CROSSES the line....gifts (checkers anyone...Tricky Dicky Nixon) is a gift when you are in a certain position and the fact that someone who should be unbias is receiving gifts and Juve jerseys none the less speaks volumes about his impartiality.

Nevermind if that is not fraud what about the other conversations where he speaks to Pairetto (head of officials in Italy) stating his "man" give Juve a nice gift calling a Milan goal offside when it was ON side and the official laughing and agreeing or making the schedules of officials for upcoming games deciding WHO officiates what games...that too is a conspiracy theories views...give me a break.

Lastly, when Lippi does not have the power or autonomy to decide WHO plays what games and must ask a team manager whether he can start a game then I ask: whats the point of a national team coach?? Should we give him limited power in that he must ask Galliani when Pirlo plays...ask Moggi when Cannavaro can play, etc. When Moggi states "Don't play Cannavaro" because Juve has an important game coming up and he starts Materazzi instead that puts Juve at an advantage giving them rested players ... that is FRAUD. If Lippi does not have the ballz to tell Moggi to 'mind his business' then he must take a walk. Check the Gazzetta website the transcripts of Lippi stating "I'm not really the national team coach" is all over the place...

Pado, you were wrong to call Paul a name....it was undeserving and disrespectful...simply with no merit...I may not practice what I preach all the time but you were just being a jack ass pure and simple. Mussolini was a black eye to Italians ... no use denying what he did or justifying it .... whether the WC was fixed in its own way is up to debate but evidence shows it was....would you really be surprised...whether others were rigged is irrelevant: two wrongs don't make a right.

Milan have offered Shevchenko a contract extension till 2011 (he is currently signed till 2009)...Sheva who was close to tears in the Curva Sud against Roma last week has NOT requested a transfer.

Berlusconi has stated that in the very near future he will be back at the saddle of AC Milan as President ...

I think I just creamed my pants :pint:
